Refund policy

At SimplyUniqueStore, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at simplyuniquestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized/custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank

  3. If you still have issues, contact us at simplyuniquestore@gmail.com
